In the Mexican Salsa Cooking Classes we prepare 6 Mexican salsas or hot sauces using fresh and dried chiles. Along with the Mexican salsas enjoy delicious handmade Oaxacan antojitos, guacamole, choice of one main protein; pork carnitas homestyle, chiles rellenos, tasajo, roasted chicken, fresh local shrimp, or fresh fish fillets. Mexican rice with tomatoes criollos, Oaxacan black beans de la olla, and dessert.

Plus ice cold Mexican beers, non-alcoholic Agua Fresca and a rare mezcal from Sola de Vega.

Copies of all of the recipes in PDF files. You can recreate the food we prepared in class when you get back home.
