• Potato Salad – potatoes, homemade garlic mayonnaise with smokey bacon, crispy celery and green onions

• Coleslaw – shredded cabbage, carrots, green onions in a sweet and sour vinegrette

• Southern Roasted Pork Shoulder – slow roasted for a crunchy crust with a tender and juicy interior

• Grilled Shrimp – tender, plump and juicy shrimp marinated in a secret blend then grilled

• Chile Cheese Corn Grits – organic yellow corn grits, cream, cheddar cheese and roasted poblano chiles

• Apple Galette – fresh sliced apples baked on flaky buttery pastry topped with ice cream
